After you apply for the open position, we make a pre-selection of suitable candidates. Here, only candidates who seem to have a cultural and technical fit pass through.

INTERVIEW WITH OUR HIRING TEAM
From now on we are in constant contact with you, with constant feedback. Here we assess whether the above assumptions are true and we better understand your technical profile and whether there is a financial fit.

TECHNICAL HANGOUT
That's the best part. A chat with part of the technical team about technology. Here we learn and teach as we seek to understand how knowledgeable you are. Cultural fit is also assessed here.

HIRING OFFER AND ONBOARDING
And finally, if we understand that you are a good fit for what Softo is looking for, we will make you a financial offer and schedule your onboarding. If not, we'll tell you why we think it wouldn't work.
